Technology Privacy Cryptographic Resilience

SEE THE RISK
BETWEEN THE RISKS.

Know Your Risk. Protect What Matters.

TRINEDRA is an integrated risk intelligence platform that helps organisations see what conventional risk assessments often miss — the risks between the risks.

By bringing Technology, Privacy and Cryptographic Resilience into one connected view, TRINEDRA reveals how a technology weakness can become a privacy breach, how a data exposure can become a crisis of trust, and how cryptographic dependencies can become tomorrow’s vulnerability.

Instead of three separate assessments and disconnected findings, TRINEDRA creates one field of vision — identifying what can be compromised, understanding what must be trusted, anticipating what may become vulnerable, and connecting it all to organisational impact.

Because the greatest risk is rarely found in a single silo. It emerges in the convergence.

Integrated Risk IntelligenceDiscover the connections

02 The Problem

Risk is connected.
Assessment is fragmented.

Your technology is connected. Your data is connected. Your risk is connected.

Applications depend on infrastructure. Infrastructure runs across cloud platforms and digital ecosystems. Those systems create, process and move information that carries business value, trust and regulatory responsibility.

Beneath it all, cryptography quietly protects the digital relationships you depend on — algorithms, keys, certificates and protocols.

INDIVIDUALLY CLEAR. COLLECTIVELY INCOMPLETE.

Three assessment views. The relationships between them need a shared view.

Yet Technology, Privacy and Cryptographic risk are still assessed separately, often by different teams, using different methods, producing different reports.

Each may be individually accurate. Together, they can still leave one question unanswered:

How do these risks connect, and what do they mean for the organisation as a whole?

TRINEDRA was created to close that gap.

03 The TRINEDRA Idea

Three perspectives.
One risk intelligence.

TRINEDRA looks beyond what is visible through a single lens.

Rather than assessing Technology, Privacy and Cryptographic Resilience as separate disciplines, TRINEDRA brings all three into one field of vision — because a risk that looks contained inside one domain rarely stays there.

THREE EYES.
ONE FIELD OF VISION.

TechnologyPrivacyCryptographic ResilienceDifferent lenses. A clearer centre.

04 The Three Eyes

Three eyes. Three questions.
One picture.

Each eye asks a different question. Together, they reveal a more complete picture of organisational risk.

01The Eye of Technology
SystemsApplicationsDependencies

What can be compromised?

Every digital organisation runs on a web of assets, systems, applications, cloud platforms and dependencies.

This eye sees across that ecosystem, identifying where technology is exposed and where a weakness can travel from one system to the next.

02The Eye of Privacy
Data at restData in motionResponsibility

What must be trusted?

Data is more than an asset — it is a responsibility.

This eye follows the journey of personal and sensitive information: where it lives, how it moves, and where its exposure becomes a privacy, regulatory or reputational consequence.

03The Eye of Cryptographic Resilience
AlgorithmsKeysCertificatesProtocols
Future horizon

What may become vulnerable?

Some vulnerabilities are not visible in today’s threat landscape.

This eye looks beneath the surface at the cryptographic foundations — algorithms, keys, certificates and protocols — and at how a changing technology landscape, including the emergence of quantum computing, could challenge assumptions that hold today but may not hold tomorrow.

Technology sees the exposure. Privacy sees the trust. Cryptographic Resilience sees the horizon.

TRINEDRA sees the connections between them.

05 The Convergence

The real risk is
in the connection.

A technology weakness can become a privacy breach. A privacy exposure can become a trust crisis. A cryptographic weakness can turn protected information into tomorrow’s exposure.

These are not three isolated problems. They are connected dimensions of the same risk landscape, and the greatest exposure is rarely found in a single domain.

EXPLORE AN ILLUSTRATIVE RELATIONSHIP

An exposed application can provide a path to personal information. The organisational consequence extends from a system weakness to privacy responsibilities and trust.

Information used or shared beyond its intended purpose can affect the people behind the data. Understanding that relationship connects privacy exposure with regulatory responsibility and organisational reputation.

Long-lived information can depend on algorithms and keys that may need to change. Connecting those dependencies to information lifetimes makes crypto-agility and future protection part of today’s decisions.

THE CONNECTION
ILLUSTRATIVE · NOT LIVE FINDINGS

A system weakness can become an information exposure.

It is found in what happens when domains meet.

TRINEDRA identifies those connections — not only what is vulnerable, but how vulnerabilities connect, what they mean for the organisation, and what should happen next.

Technology+Privacy+Cryptographic Resilience=Integrated Risk Intelligence

06 Why TRINEDRA

Because one-dimensional risk assessment
is no longer enough.

Traditional assessments look through separate lenses. Each may produce valid findings on its own, but three separate reports still leave one question open:

How do these risks relate, and what do they mean together?

TRINEDRA was built to answer that question, bringing Technology, Privacy and Cryptographic Resilience together so relationships that stay invisible in isolated assessments become visible in one connected view.

SHARED ORGANISATIONAL MEANING

Exposure, responsibility and future protection.

Relationships connect domain findings, dependencies and organisational meaning in one view.

TRINEDRA doesn’t just identify risk.
TRINEDRA connects the risk.

07 Our Approach

From fragmented exposure
to clear decisions.

Technology is the foundation of the modern enterprise.

TRINEDRA assesses infrastructure, applications, cloud platforms, identity, endpoints and third-party dependencies to reveal where compromise is possible and how it could spread.

02 / PRIVACY

Data creates value, and with it, responsibility.

TRINEDRA maps personal data, processing activities, data flows and third-party relationships to reveal where privacy and trust exposure exists — and what it would take to close it.

03 / CRYPTOGRAPHIC RESILIENCE

Cryptographic
& Quantum Risk

See the cryptographic horizon.

TRINEDRA inventories cryptographic dependencies — algorithms, keys, certificates and protocols — and evaluates crypto-agility and post-quantum readiness, so the organisation understands not only today’s exposure but tomorrow’s.

09 Outcomes

Turn exposure
into decisions.

Every engagement moves an organisation through the same transformation: from unknown exposure to a visible, connected, prioritised and actionable picture of risk.

Unknown→Visible→Connected→Prioritised→Actionable

Clarity

A single, connected view of risk instead of three disconnected reports.

Prioritisation

Attention focused on what matters most, not what is loudest.

Resilience

Readiness for today’s threats and tomorrow’s cryptographic realities.

Digital Trust

Protection for the technology, information and cryptographic foundations digital trust depends on.

10 Future Resilience

Protect what matters today.
Prepare for what comes next.

Digital risk is no longer only about today’s vulnerabilities.

Organisations must also consider how changing technology, including the emergence of quantum computing, can alter the assumptions their information and systems currently depend on.

TRINEDRA brings today’s Technology and Privacy exposure together with tomorrow’s cryptographic challenges.

Resilience is not simply the ability to respond to today’s threat. It is the ability to remain secure as the threat landscape changes.

THE PRESENT

Today

THE HORIZON

Tomorrow

Changing algorithms, quantum-era challenges, cryptographic agility and future trust.

How this example is calculated

Score = likelihood × impact, each rated 1–5. Treatment coverage reduces each example’s likelihood by a preset 1–3 points at full coverage, rounded to the nearest whole point, with a minimum of 1. Impact stays fixed. The plan is applied in equal thirds at months 3, 6 and 9. Actual assessments require evidence and agreed scoring criteria.
